Profile and Training Record

How do I create a Profile?  Also, How do I Register for a Course?
The first step is to create a profile in this system.  This is very important for maintaining your continuing education, certificate program credit, and attendance records. You must use the email address associated with your ISSTD account to have access to past training purchased before the Online Learning Center launched and for the system to recognize membership status.

How do I reset my password?
If you have forgotten your password, please click Request New Password on the login screen and input the information requested. This will generate an email to create a new password. These emails can end up in your Spam/Junk folder so please make sure to check there if the email does not arrive in your inbox.  If you can not access the email that you set up your account with at this time, please email cfas@isst-d.org for assistance.

How do I print/download my receipt?
To find a copy of a receipt for a previous order, navigate to the Orders and receipts area under the My Account tab. Here you will be able to see a list of all previous orders and you can print/download the receipt needed.

How do I find my courses?
To find the courses you are registered for, navigate to the Courses area under the My Account tab. This will provide you with lists of completed activities and pending activities. Click on the name of the course you wish to access to return to the last item you reviewed in that course.

How do I get to my Transcripts?
Transcripts are located in your profile. Your transcripts for previously registered and completed courses are all in one location within your Profile. This where you will be able to access certificates for courses completed in this system. Please note ISSTD does not award individual training certificates for ISSTD Certificate Program credits. Click here for more information on the Certificate Program.
This will also include the historical credit total for the ISSTD Certificate Program for eligible training activities from prior to the launch of this system. This transcript will not include records of any CE credits earned in previous courses.

Exploring Available Courses

How can I see a full list of available courses?
A full list of available courses, both upcoming live courses and recorded courses, can be found in the Course Card Catalog or the Course Table under the Catalog tab. How do I view information for each course?
From the Course Card Catalog or Course Table, click on the course you are interested in learning more about. The information for each course will show in the following tabs:
