Abstract
This portion of the seminar will address topics of particular interest raised by you, the participants. You will be invited to submit written questions in advance. A panel of presenters from the seminar will respond to your inquiries. Consistent with educational practice in such settings, this will not be a forum for detailed case consultations. The panel will attempt to respond to questions in a manner that will be relevant and helpful to all participants.
