In this section, you are required to complete the following evaluations to receive your Certificate of Completion:

• Trainer and Training Evaluation
• Practicum Evaluation
• Consultation Evaluation

If you you have paid for and wish to receive CE credits, please complete the Overall CE Evaluation to be able to claim your credits and download your certificate.

There is also a survey from EMDRIA which they ask you to complete to provide feedback directly to them as well.
