All consultation hours are provided in a group format, and this cost is included in the training fee. Individual consultation may be available to accommodate specific needs (e.g., learning-related factors) or because of unresolvable scheduling issues (e.g., missing a consult and being unable to make up that time in another group). Individual consultation must be scheduled with the consultant whose group you missed, prior to proceeding to the next Module. Fees for individual consultation are based on the consultant’s private per-hour consultation fee, which may range from $100.00 to $175.00 (either Canadian or US dollars, depending on the consultant) per clock hour. A failure to meet the scheduled consultation requirements prior to each Module may result in dismissal from the training.

For Module II, each first-time training participant must participate in two 2-hour consultations. Below please find the schedule of consultations for this module.
