Abstract
This session will outline the relationship between radical healing in the black community and institutional courage. This will be followed by an in-depth discussion of institutional courage and the possibilities of systemic change. There will be an opportunity to present case reports.
Objectives
After the completion of this class, participants will be able to:
- Illustrate examples of radical healing in the black community.
- Discuss the elements of radical institutional change and institutional courage to engender problem solving and structural change.
- Prepare and present case reports and process therapeutic options.
