The session will focus on leadership both its transformation and new vision, particularly as related to transgender and gender diversity 

Objectives:
1.    Identify positive disruption of greater understanding of gender diversity in current clinical practices.
2.    Describe how current negative and positive disruptions are challenges 
3.    Prepare and present case reports and process therapeutic options.
