Abstract
The session will focus on the types of trust and trusting. It will include an understanding of trust in care and competence. There will be an opportunity to present case reports.

Objectives
After the completion of this class, participants will be able to:

  1. Explain how cultural diversity enters into the development of trust.
  2. Identify the differences between trusting and reliance.
  3. Prepare and present case reports and process therapeutic interventions.
